The home page of this web site is organized as a "mind map," a technique for visually organizing information.  I think of "mind mapping"  as a multidimensional framework that serves a purpose not unlike that of a relational database in that data can be arranged according to multiple criteria.  The freedom to add branches to a topic as needed provides a ready means to capture and communicate knowledge intuitively.  

Apologies for this - lets call it purely functional - website.  It's goal  is to convey information, it's creator an amateur at web creation.
